The basic ingredients are cooked corn kernels seasoned with epazote, lime juice, mayo, cotija cheese and chilli powder.
This is a ready to use product, all you need to add is chilli powder. The plastic pouch can be heated in the microwave oven.

Corn, epazote, sea salt, chicken broth (iodised salt, sugar, corn starch, monosodic glutamate, hydrolised barley protein, beef tallow, chicken meat, chicken fat, onion, yeast extract, silicon dioxide, garlic, water, parsley, citric acid, disodium inosinate, pepper, annato color, Sundet yellow (FD&C yellow number 5), tartrazine (FD&C yellow number 6)), garlic, onion and water.
