If you buy the Stay at Home Pack you will get Free delivery to Melbourne metro (15 kms from CBD) for ALL your order during the six weeks lock down.

We now offer a maximum of $20 SHIPPING across Australia for orders over $59.

Shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the items in your order starting from $8.95 and up to a maximum of $20 to anywhere in Australia, simply select the cheapest option at checkout.

Please note that under normal circumstances your order will be shipped the next business day, after we receive your Order Confirmation. All our shipments with Australia Post are now trackable so you will receive an email from Australia Post confirming you would like to receive updates on the status of your order.

Due to the corona virus challenge, we are experiencing slight delays in shipping, we are trying to work to the increase number of orders while Australia Post is working at higher than normal levels. Please be patient as this is outside of our control.

We offer some products marked as Melbourne metro only. These items can only be shipped to a radious of 20km from Melbourne’s CBD as they are frozen or refrigerated.

You can enjoy a free pick up at our warehouse in Cheltenham (Unit 6, 31-33Kylie Pl, VIC 3192) Mon to Friday 9am to 4pm or in the CBD (45 Haig St, Southbank) Mon to Friday after 5pm or Weekends with previous appointment.

We will contact you after we receive your order to organise the pick up.

As part of our commitment to reduce waste, we ship our products in recycled boxes; however, we understand that sometimes our customers may want to place orders to be sent to someone special as a gift and would prefer to receive their orders in a new box.

If you would like to receive your order in a new box, just write “new box” in the Customer Note area in the Shipping & Payment Methods step of the check-out process (as shown in the screen-shot below), and we will arrange it. Note that there is an extra charge of $1 per order for this service.
