Harina Blanca para empanadas Marca Bellini
This is a mix ready to bake crunchy and perfect southamerican empanadas.
Ingredients: corn flour, wheat flour, tapioca starch, corn starch, salt, spices.
Contains gluten.

Method – from back of packet:
Mix 2 cups Bellini Empanada mix with 2 cups hot water.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Knead until dough is smooth uniform and manageable.
Place a sandwich bag, cut on both sides, on the table.
Place a small amount of dough on one side, fold over other side of plastic.
With a rolling pin, spread and flatten the dough.
In the middle of one side of the dough, place a small spoonful of your chosen filling.
Fold over dough and cut into half-round shape with upturned glass or cup.
Fry in hot oil for 5 minutes.
