TASTE:

Tijuana: The typical Salsa Macha with two chillies, flavourful and very spicy! Tijuana is complemented with toasted almonds and black and white sesame seeds.  Highspice, be warned!.

Oaxaca: Delicious mix of three chillies with a smoky flavour and a little spice. Accompanied by sunflower seeds and black sesame seeds. It is the mild one of the family of salsas by Cempasuchil with a beautiful smoky flavour.

Yucatan: The typical Salsa Macha with arbol chilli, peanuts and sesame oil.  Medium spice with a light peanut flavour. Original recipe from Veracruz, Mexico.
